How to request an invoice
WorldHub issues two different documents, and they serve different purposes.
Order invoice
The receipt for what you paid the platform.
- Open
/ordersand select the order. - Select Invoice in the documents panel, or open
/orders/{order}/invoice. - Download as PDF. It shows the order number, items, quantities, unit prices, shipping and taxes paid.
Available as soon as payment clears, and stored permanently under *Orders → Documents*.
Commercial invoice
The document customs uses to value the goods. It is issued by the supplier, not by the platform, because the supplier is the exporter of record.
- On the order page, select Request commercial invoice.
- Confirm the HS code, declared value and incoterm with the supplier — customs refuses shipments where the declared value is implausible.
- The supplier uploads it to the order's documents, usually within two business days.
Correcting billing details
If the invoice shows the wrong company name, tax ID or address:
- Complete your billing profile at *Profile → Billing* before ordering. Invoice details are taken from it at the moment of payment.
- For an already-issued invoice, contact support at
/contactwith the order number and the correct details. We reissue within one business day; the original is voided.
Changing the billing name after payment does not change who owns the order — that is the account holder. Keep company billing details up to date rather than correcting them later.
For accounting
- Invoices are issued in the settlement currency and cannot be re-denominated.
- Batch export: *Orders → Documents → Export all* produces a CSV index with links to each PDF.
- Tax IDs from your billing profile appear on invoices where your jurisdiction requires them.
